Sea Monkey!

Postby Zombie Dave McCaig » Wed Apr 28, 2004 11:47 pm

For some reason I'm obsessed with trying to protograph my seamonkeys at work. I'm going to bring more equipment tomorrow, and hopefully get some better shots...

I'll keep posting pics of them in here....so that everyone might enjoy the wonders of brine shrimp!

This one's name is "Fluffy"

My cottage is on a alkaline based lake, the only thing that lives in the lake are salamanders and brine shrimp. So perhaps this summer I will snap off a few pics of "Wild Sea Monkeys" in their natural habitat.

Mmmm, Sea Monkeys.

I had some when I was a kid but they didn't make it. I think your photo has been faked like those of bigfoot. There's no such thing as Sea Monkeys. :D

You know, I should have updated this a while ago. Sadly, Fluffy only made it to something like 9 months. I think I'll try another batch once season 3 starts at work, and take more pics. Maybe even start a Sea cam!

Heh` Sea Monkeys!

I gave my friend so much grief about the existence of these creatures when we were kids.

He did actually explain to me they were very, very small water breathing monkeys that lived in a fish tank or something!

I will buy him a beer and break the news, brine shrimp, heh`

I never did get him to change his belief that when man went to the moon, small `red` tiny beetles were found on the surface!

WHAT, why doesn't anybody know about this I cried!! It means we are `not alone`.

Well they were very small he said, not worth bothering with
