Here's my submission for the "Muse" Challenge, over on Artorderblogspot.com. There were a lot of great submissions. It was a fun challenge but difficult to do around the day job of colorin' comics. I'm sure I'll do more work on this piece, since it doesn't feel finished to me.

I really like this one, Chris. Nice storytelling here. The bruising is really well done. It bugs me though that the picture frame is skewed, but the photo itself isn't.

A mixed media Darkseid quickie. Done with markers and chalk over a watercolor wash on heavy, textured paper. Finished up with a little photoshop.
